Asian Student leads a “Musical Journey through East and West” with American and Chinese “Flutes”San Jose, CA - Sept. 20, 2008 - An Asian Saratoga High School Student, Aaron Garg, will be performing a solo debut "A Musical Journey Through East and West" on Sept. 28th at McAfee Center, Saratoga High School. He will be accompanied by California Youth Chinese Symphony (CYCS – http://www.uscycs.org) conducted by internationally renowned musician Mr. Jian Ding. Mr. Ding led a bay area group of young musicians from California at the Beijing Olympics Kick-off events in Aug. 2007. Aaron Garg was one of the lead musicians that performed solo and as part of the Orchestra conducted by Mr. Ding in Beijing, China.
